MTH requirements


Multi-Tenant House consist of rooms of 3 sizes:
  1. 15-20 m sq - for 1-2 people
  2. 20-25 m sq - for 2 people and 1 kid
  3. 25-30 m sq - for a bigger family

Each room has:
  1. Bed / Murphy bed / sofa
  2. Micro kitchen with a sink
  3. Toilet, possibly compost
  4. Table, chairs. Transformable
  5. Storage areas, bookshelves

Bigger (20+ sq m) rooms have :
  1. Shower
  2. Additional storage space and furniture

Additionally, each floor has the next public places:
  1. SPA area - showers, hot tubs, jacuzzi, massage areas
  2. Full-featured kitchen with a big dining area
  3. Area for shared storage and tools

Some floors have the next public places:
  1. Library
  2. Movie theatre
  3. Yoga / meditation room
  4. Co-working areas with meeting rooms and open spaces, can be combined with an in-house restaurant or a caffe
  5. Art studios, maker spaces with rooms for clean and dirty work
  6. Music studio
  7. Bike storage
  8. Laundry rooms

Each house has:
  1. Unique distribution of rooms and public spaces, decided by future residents
  2. Unique facade / pattern
  3. Functional roof with gardens, water management, solar devices. Also jacuzzi, possibly.
  4. Outer walls, that can be used for solar panels, if makes sense.
  5. Elements engaging interaction of residents, such as halways, patios, galleries, indoor gardens / food production rooms.

All houses have:
  1. Human-centered design
  2. Pillar-based foundation
  3. A possibility to be partially built by future residents
  4. Semi of fully autonomous energy generation, water production and recycling, waste management, including compost
