- sustainability - natural materials, cement free, off-grid (no connections to water, sewage and energy needed), non-intervention into nature
- aesthetics - comfortable and well-thought interior planning, many functions in a tiny house, lots of terrace space, innovative installation of solar panels, minimalistic design.
